    The Introduction

I gained Knowlegde through my ignorance
    Strength through my weakness
    Learned from my mistakes
    Gained pride from my tears
Found love by fixing a broken heart
    Saw the end
    From the very start
    I saw through my blindness
    Heard from deff ears
    Forgot to remember
Am absent and still right here
    Tired but not sleepy
    Finished and yet, just begining

    interesting contrast

Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does.

    Allen Ginsberg (1926-1997) U.S. poet.
