    A pillar of salt
    A grain of sand
    The entire world
    in the palm of your hand

    A golden chalice
    A blade of grass
    The entire world
    will come to pass

    A piece of stone
    A ball of clay
    The entire world
    just fades away

    A reighn of blood
    A pool of tears
    The entire world
    can't turn the gears

    A time of doubt
    A time of peace
    The entire world
    must be released

    A time of love
    A time of war
    The entire world
    knows not what for

    A quiet man
    A raging beast
    The entire world
    no one the least

    A simple song
    A rush of thought
    The entire world
    can not be bought

    A blistering Whisper
    A silent scream
    The entire world
    inside his dreams

    A warm kiss
    A cold goodbye
    The entire world
    inside her eyes

    A long walk
    A forgoten name
    The entire world
    its all the same
