    Suffering and pain

They walk on the streets searching for care and love,
They must survive to reach an end of time
They look and cannot find help
They cry but cannot find love
Where is thou heart of love, life of misery and pain
To soak the life of a child whose hope is all in you
But they will go on but still wait for life
searching for joy and care which few will give or not.

Simple yet profound, in that it shows your altruistic side. The personas of this poem are, unfortunately, all over the world, "searching for joy and care which few will give" indeed.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
