Sorrow And Belief
The sorrow and belief of the homeless on the street,
The sorrow and belief of children who have no food to eat,
The sorrow of today will never be forgotten,
For the homeless are out on the streets,
Nowhere to go and no food to eat,
People walk by,
For all they care you can die,
They look at you like you have some kind of disease,
All you asked for is a quarter please,
You are out there because you didn't choose to be,
People walk by and say God, I'm glad it's not me,
Being homeless is sad,
For the pain they have is very bad,
But don't despair,
Because God will soon be there.
