    Poem Commentary

In loving memory of, Betty Jane Fish.

    ' See You Later '

When you went to heaven, everyone was saying good-bye. As i watched.     it was not good-bye I needed to say, but see you later.
I will miss you and love you, my work is not finished here, but when it is I will join you up in heaven.
So for now it's see you later. cause your work here is done so he called                                               you home.
I still have a few tasks to finish, but I'm on my way I'll be there soon.
Love you grandma, see you later, when he says I'm through.

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
