Sunwryter’s Profile

Early in life and all through school, writing stories was one of my favorite past-times. Writing was my way to create and share with my large family and friends. If I wasn't writing about something I was writing to someone. After graduating from college and landing my first job, I found other ways to be creative. It was after I had raised my son and watched him go off to college, that I found time to begin writing stories again. Several years later, after sharing my writings with a community of friends on-line, I was encouraged to write even more. In 2006, I ventured into writing poetry and was encouraged by the positive feed-back of other poets and publishers. I've written hundreds of poems and recently, I've tried my hand at drawing. My goal for 2010 is to draw pictures to illustrate all my poems.
