Born 3 decades in the tailwind, raised under the heel of this country’s boot, I am everything this country has to offer and everything it tries to hide. Driven by passion and guided by GOD I live to motivate, cultivate and inspire others. Father to 4 and husband to the love of my life, I dedicate my life to serving GOD, pleasing my soul mate, and raising my kids to use life’s obstacles as stepping stones to a high plateau of wisdom and understanding. These poems are part of a collection of the stories that life has scripted for me. May something inspire, comfort, and teach some of the lessons I have been so blessed to have experienced.
