Note From God
For my beautiful baby girl,For my amazing little man,
I gave you the world,
I shared with you all I had,
I knew when you were happy and when you were sad,
I was there when you crawled,
I admired as you stood,
Held my breath when you fall,
I was amazed as you walked,
And delighted when you ran,
But angry when you gave your heart to the wrong friend,
I watched your mistakes,
And I prevented some,
I was there through your pain,
Several times I called your name,
However neither of you answered,
I was so tired of watching you suffer,
So I allowed your life to be shaken,
Because you are my babies,
I realized it would hurt,
And that you wouldn't understand,
However you must realize I created your life's plan,
I created your significant other,
And your occupations,
I knew how much of which stuff would make you happy, babies,
So I couldn't just sit there and watch your life fail,
I had to allow some things to happen,
I needed my babies to listen,
I wanted you to take hold of this world,
But first I need you to acknowledge me,
My baby boy, my little girl,
This is from daddy,
I love you with my whole heart,
For you I've sacrificed much,
And the only thing I want from you,
Is for you to love as such.
