    My Secret Place

    There’s a place I call my own
Where I can think and be alone
Sometimes its night sometimes its day
In this place I can hide away

My voice there can not be heard
All my thoughts are not in word
With my eyes closed I can see
That within myself I can be free

Inside this place the pain is gone
Any fear will not last long
A place where none can enter in
A place where all my thoughts begin

I cleanse my mind and my soul
It is here I am made whole
Cleanse my lips my thoughts my heart
It’s not my end but it’s my start

I cherish all my free time there
    More than I do anywhere
Your secret place, you’ll never fear it
Its within your heart and spirit

A very nice piece, thought the end closed a little rough though. For where else do we meet ourselves without the hinderence of others? Loved the words on a topic many should heed. thanks

A very unique poem, enoyed it very much. Many blessings.

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
