Like Glass
See me as fragile and weak
Transparent and sleek
Like glass
You say
Break me if you will
But, as glass
I am sharp
Jagged
With the power
To cut
Kill and heal
See me as fragile
Weak
Transparent and sleek
Don’t be disappointed
When you keep me
For keeps
Like glass
You say
The heart
Requires
Protection
Dare to Love
