Keeper of the Night
Far above you fly, O clement Moonlighting the sands and crescent hilled dunes
home of the gods to thee we pray
from shrines, kept secret, in hidden bays
you grace us with your presense, as our beacon, our light
keeping away the shadows, that fill us with fright
beasts and fiends from thee, steer clear
for you have shown something, truly to fear
as dawn approaches, you leave, a job well done
and out comes they brother, our fiery sun
