    Intangible Responses

    Intangible is that part of Every Man

    Convincing him
    He could pluck every flower

    Inconceivable! I would have said,

    It is the root of arrogance!

    Now I find, If I am honest,

    Much the same am I

    For a
    whirlwind blew into my life

    So that I have just spent a fortnight

    Rejecting one in favor of the other

    Due simply to My conceptions and desires;

    The mitigating factor in my confusion

    Is that my feelings were initiated by

    Responses to my mind...
