I wont think about you
You're gone and I can't ever have you back,
I know it's better not to think about it
I won't think of your smile, I wont think of how your skin glistened like the morning sun, how you made me laugh when I wanted to cry, Your pale lips, or you sparkling blue eyes, How I thought about what it would feel like to kiss your lips, but never had the right chance, and how looking back I took those moments for granted. How I prayed each night that you would be mine,
How part of me resents you for leaving me behind.
It's no use, no matter what I do,
Somehow even when I'm not thinking of you,
I think of you
I know it's better not to think about it
I won't think of your smile, I wont think of how your skin glistened like the morning sun, how you made me laugh when I wanted to cry, Your pale lips, or you sparkling blue eyes, How I thought about what it would feel like to kiss your lips, but never had the right chance, and how looking back I took those moments for granted. How I prayed each night that you would be mine,
How part of me resents you for leaving me behind.
It's no use, no matter what I do,
Somehow even when I'm not thinking of you,
I think of you
