    I Can't

    I want to breath, but i can't
    I want to cry, but i can't
    I want to die, but i can't
    I want to leave, but i can't
    I want to talk, but i can't
    I want to believe, but i can't
    I want to love, but i can't
    I want to run, but i can't
    I want to except, but i can't

    I just can't

I want to be happy, but i can't
I want to be motivated, but i can't
I want to be succeful, but i can't
I want to be alive, but i can't
I want to be in control. but i can't
    I want a life, but i can't have one

    Whatever it is......i just can't

When power leads man towards arrogance, poetry reminds him of his limitations. When power narrows the area of man's concern, poetry reminds him of the richness and diversity of existence. When power corrupts, poetry cleanses.
