    How I long...

How I long to kiss you,
and man enough to say I'll quiver.
How I long to hold you in my arms,
and man enough to say I'll shiver.
How I long to make love to you,
and man enough to say I'll deliver.
But if these things don't come to pass,
     away this man will wither.

If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
