    Poem Commentary

to those who under stand. and survived. god bless all : )

    hidden memories of tortured hearts.

when i was young i seen the sun, from the hurt inside i could not hide, what i felt inside. i remember the pain like it was today. my heart hurt from my trust. i pray for strength to see the love i carry around. i feel the pain i see. i hate it, its like its me. with my young eyes i look up and see the sun . he was to be my friend but the trust i gave, up and run. it was he, he inside. when i see the sun. i could not run. for he was the one who made me want to run. his trust betraid me, I wish i could have. could have run.

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
