Handyman
Handyman
By: Angela Ewing
In memory of:
Billy Kuykendall
Wanted: A Handyman
Someone who can fix it all
Well then call Billy Kuykendall
No matter what the chore
He can do it and much more
With just a ring
He’d come and fix anything
A fan, a fence, a light, a door,
He could fix it and much more
He’d do it from the kindness of his heart
And he was always eager to start
He was called on by many
And never charged a penny
Then one day God decided he needed a Handyman
And he knew just the man for the plan
So God looked down
Into that small town
And with great delight
Took that man that Tuesday night
Now in Heaven he does it all
Whenever the Lord comes to call
Although, our Handyman is no longer here
We will always hold him dear
What a great Handyman, though no longer our
He now does his handy work for the keeper of the stars.
