Get With It
Sweating, moving, healthy foodA change in life and attitude
Earning time, a longer life
To share with family, friends and wife
So long negleted, takes a toll
On mind, on body, heart & soul
Begins a trial, lifes hardest test
I must stand strong, put forth my best
Now confidence grows day by day
The Best of life is on the way
