I will, at the hour. take my thoughts like from the center of every cell within

rush them outside of me, streams flowing, thoughts of peace and ease
joining all the energy light beams
from all who are in unison --- to Ivan and Ingrid, our Grito and Aixa

thank you, beautiful heart dancinghawk for calling us together in specific time
for it's like taking free-moving, loose-running energy
and pinpointing that energy, like a laser
to a specific spot

wonderful ... your responses ... i will be here tonight ... sage circle at the beginning time, and sitting with the golden egg i found in the garden this morning, in the sunshine, amidst early-blooming spring things ...

sitting, letting go of everything, breathing in, breathing out ... letting go that from within the light might be fully experienced ... letting in the light of all in this circle, letting it go into the circle ... until at the end time, a gong, one minute before midnight EST, an extra big breath in, an extra big breath out, and a minute of letting the light, instead of circulating, now focus into a ball, and at midnight, EST, sending the ball of focused light and love to our dear friends, Ivan & Ingrid, Grito & AIXA.

I will open the golden egg, into which we have poured all of our love ...

sending for one minute, and

one minute after midnight EST, sitting in the afterglow of this endeavor.

close the egg. thank the circle, and the guardians of the circle. end the circle.

ty so much for your light in this endeavor.

may you each feel your own white light and the light of all in the circle, and at the end time, let freely this light to our friends, and feel the blessings of your effort here ...

Suggestion to all those who are privately participating.
Before candle is lit, cleanse your 'area' by ridding your space(where youll be lighting your candle and herbs) with ANY distractions of the flesh. Thoughts of your own personal burdens, bills-or even just possessions you may want, or 'that valentines date..anything of the flesh. If you are wanting to try herbs for your healing circle, and its your first time..but do not have anything organic, let me suggest sage right out of your spice cabinet, or cinnamon too. Get a plate that is made of natural materials..no plastic ones, place your cleansing candle in the center. walk around the room where it will be lit, and you will feel a pull of where the candle should be placed(kind of an instinct feeling)-after you have cleansed the space,and you-concentrate all of your energies toward healing Ivan and Ingrid, without sadness though-only positve..then light your wick, after the energy catches the flame, take your herb(spice) and sprinkle a pinch over the flame slowly(just alittle though, both I have mentioned do spark. Then sprinkle in a circle around the candle, envisioning us joined in locked hand, our purest energy flowing as one..And whamo-you just performed a cleansing circle!! When we get ready to send watch till the minute carefully, and pull all the energy from the space, until you can actually FEEL it in the palm of your hands. It will be, like Dh said..a circle or ball feeling, visualize it with eyes closed..then open hand as if you are sending a bird out to fly..repeat 'blesssed be' three times, the say'so mote it be.'

Maddi ... absolutely ... and we have friends who will be drumming, as well ... there are so many approaches ... lighting a candle and praying beads, etc. ... any form of prayer/illumination ... and you're exactly right ... being present in the circle, and letting the little birds fly at the hour ... your illuminations appreciated! ty!

Grito/Aixa .. May the Great Spirit watch over you both. We were recently relating some journeys Grito had taken in South America and how once he'd traveled through New Orleans .. taking in and completely enjoying the atmosphere some years ago. Grito and I were commenting back and forth when he'd requested he, I, and WS would ride the south louisiana scenic backroads in a roadster with racing slicks with John playing his acoustic.
We'd talked of shooting billiards in some of louisiana's back road bars. Many prayers are with you both.

Dear Grito & AIXA,
As poet friends you have inspired this OP community. I have only recently realized that there is pause to meditate and pray to God and ask for healing of dear Grito during this time of illness. It is with my whole heart, head and soul that I ask for miracles and cleansing. Healing is powerful esp. when poets combine for the larger cause of love and good health. May the good Lord bring healing and serenity to you both during this trying time.
