After the contest

What happens to our work after the contest has expired? Is there any reason to keep poems lingering or can they be deleted to be replaced with another? I ask because of the possible clutter of a bazillion poems on my profile and that could inhibit a readers focus as to which ones are really worth reading.

Re: After the contest

I would say that just because a poem has won the contest (or not won), does not necessarily mean it is better or worse than others you may have on your profile. I would leave them,,,it's all subjective anyway...what one man loves another doesn't understand. wink

Re: After the contest

clean slate after a while is nice!

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
