RE: In Uniform~OP Poets-Fighting for FreedomI was just watching Huckabee and heard a beautiful song. Made me cry. It was written as a result of a chance encounter with a solider and a American citizen in an airport. I didn't try to utube it, but the following is the link to her song. Well worth .99 cents! Songs like this touch my heart. Thank you to all our service Men and Women!!! |

RE: In Uniform~OP Poets-Fighting for FreedomI've been fighting for the freedoms that everyone in the US takes for granted every day for the last nine years. My poems are mostly about romance, but there are a couple in there that are about other topics. Please read them and comment on them. I appreciate any and ALL opinions that you have. Thank you, in advance. |

RE: In Uniform~OP Poets-Fighting for FreedomI've been a member of OP for over two years now, but thanks WordSlinger. I've got one item up that isn't really a poem. It's more or less a part of the book that I've been writing for the last ten years. |
