    Double Edged Blade

     Looking for words,
    choking on nothing.
    I need an excuse--
    need to say SOMETHING..
    I could say I tried
    It's partially true
    But my biggest fault 
    is stretching the truth
    After all, 
    Who am I fooling?
    With a knife in my back
    the blood is pooling
    But I pull it out
    And use it again
    A double-edged blade--
    Foe or friend?
