Darkened Trees
A candle flickers
In the breeze,
And I stare out
The window
At the trees...
They're dark and twisted
Like, and unlike me.
They bend and sway
In the wind,
Cursing with
Darkened whispers the
Hatred of the damned,
The injustice of
Disturbed tranquility.
Pride doesn't let me mend,
Impatient, inflexible,
Frozen Mountain I stand;
Unbreakable in my
Mortality,
Yet twisted like the trees.
Bane
I do not care to interpret this one.
In the breeze,
And I stare out
The window
At the trees...
They're dark and twisted
Like, and unlike me.
They bend and sway
In the wind,
Cursing with
Darkened whispers the
Hatred of the damned,
The injustice of
Disturbed tranquility.
Pride doesn't let me mend,
Impatient, inflexible,
Frozen Mountain I stand;
Unbreakable in my
Mortality,
Yet twisted like the trees.
Bane
I do not care to interpret this one.
