    Conversation with Hope

It's harder for me to come out of that forest,
in which darkness and solitude surrounds my boundless journey.
    Light reaches not within
and my compass hasn't worked for years.
In there I will stay desolate,
alone with self curiosity and tears.
In this scheme, you play a pivotal role.
One that cannot be faithfully underestimated,
but the only one seen in the harmonious picture of afar.
The part in which you play is the one I seem to have found in dismay.
The discord of which my soul to be, you eliminate.
I navigate through you, my star.
..Ah, but to be the star my sweet,
    all engulfing vibrancy of hope!
    Shining reflection of wonderful scope.
To the traveler's eye it might not seem
but to the nomad lost in the dark,
it is a blessing in the form of a luminous beam!
A beauty in which will not be described by art.
..But in this heart u so softly speak,
I will camp, in which to keep.
To lay my bags and rest assured
that tomorrow's night sky has the same allure.
    For here inside,
    it is warm.
    Though alone,
    I feel so sure.
The walls in which I find comfort and pain,
    though may be rough,
I'm kept safe from the rain.
