Bottle
In this bottle
all I can see,
A tiny little boat
not very big to me.
The tiny blue waves
rolling to the shore,
That little ole boat
ain't sailing anymore.
Bottle
In this bottle
all I can see,
A tiny little boat
not very big to me.
The tiny blue waves
rolling to the shore,
That little ole boat
ain't sailing anymore.
If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
Emily Dickinson (1830-1886) American poet.
