    Big Sister

    Big sister why do I love thee,
    no one understands you better than me;
    I declare having a sister like you,
    life can be worse than the flu.
    Big sister how I adore you so,
    living a life as yours is neat as a bow;
    being your little sister brings me joy,
    knowing that it will never be a toy.

    A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
