Babe, I'm Worried 'Bout You
Our love is very special we cannot deny,
To stand next to each other instead of in front or behind,
You melted this cold heart and made it sigh,
Now your in the hospital and it troubles my mind,
You told me about being the worse kind of diabetic,
No pancreas to make any insulin,
I know you don't want me to be worried about you being sick,
You are in my heart and your healthy within,
You lie in a drug induced sleep,
I watched as you opened an eye,
Silently deep inside I weep,
You said hello, and I said hi,
Back to sleep you went with a smile,
Baby you know you are my world,
I will be by your side all the while,
So many things in my mind is being twirled,
I want to fight this thing I cannot see,
But the doctors are fighting it and soon you will heal,
I want you home babe, curled up on the couch next to me,
How I miss your touch and the way it feels,
You always have the right words to say,
Sometimes I'm at lost for words and I know thats wrong,
Baby please hurry it's almost Christmas day,
You are my Hero for being so strong,
You are the one that is sick,
But I'm the one thats feeling blue,
You are the best, and one terrific chick,
But Babe, I'm worried 'bout you.
