As if it were not enough

Your car door slams, you drive away,
theres a broken heart inside my chest.

    You dont answer your phone,
    I cry night and day.

I wish we could make all this go away.
    I miss your love.

As if it were not enough that ive given you all.
When will this torture ever end.

I wish we could make all this go away.
    I miss your love.

Maybe one day, you'll come back again.
Say you love me once again.

can feel the emotion already in the title of your poem my friend. keep writing,Godspeed.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

    Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
