    Apple of God's eyez
    I am the apple of God’s eyes.
    The reason for his creation
    Had me in mind before creation
    So he vowed to make life easy for me..

    I am the apple of God’s eyes
    He has been there all along
    Though l can not see Him
    I feel his presence still

    I am the apple of God’s eyes
    He lends a hand here and there
    Leading while i follow
    Pointing ways at crossroads
    Making sure my feet slip not

    Ada, this was beautiful. You are so right about being the apple of God's eyes. I am so very glad that you know Him and that he can keep your feet from slipping. You are a beautiful person as well.

    I loved the simplicity of this one. I used to live close to Nigeria. We were missionaries to Ghana back in the middle 70s

    Thank you for commenting on the poem...Ghana is a great place with stable economy...am sure u enjoyed ur stay there. do u still do missionary work....perharps i could join u sometimes when am on holiday..
