Another Poem (I was bored when I wrote this)
ANOTHER POEM
By: Ted
I decided to write another poem,
Since you enjoyed the last.
Not as deep or mushy though,
Because I’m doing it fast.
I over heard a friend one day,
That thought I was kind of keen.
I didn’t actually hear them say,
But who else could they mean?
Someone who is bright as me,
With friends as smart as you.
Who counts his blessings every day,
While others have no clue.
I must be special it must be true,
Why else would I be me?
I could be just like all you guys,
Stuck up a keawi tree.
So when you see me passing by,
Don’t forget to bow.
I’ll let you slide just once or twice.
But the third I’ll show you how.
Don’t be jealous because I’m me,
Just try to improve yourself.
Take handsome lessons if you can,
And smart pills off the shelf.
