    a poeme by me, denah c. 96

    just in case
    I leave without
    a kiss
    a touch
    a look
    an embrace
    a tear
    a fond farewell
    I bid you
    adieu
    my love
    look back
    with joy
    and warm
    fuzzy
    thoughts
    no time for regrets
    or wishful thinking
    my train leaves at
    3:05
    and I wanna
    stop
    for coffee
    a croissant
    and maybe a fag
    au revoir
    my love
    arevaderci
    ciao
    T.T.F.N.
    bye bye
    my heart aches
    I miss you already

Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
