The Sandy River Review Spring 2014

Sandy River Review
Spring 2014

Dear Friends,

I am happy to announce that from the English Department at the University of Maine at Farmington, the ‘Sandy River Review’ has accepted my poem, “The Willowed Landscape”, for publication in the Spring Issue 2014.

My gratitude goes to Editor, Taylor McCafferty, Assistant Editor, Nicole Byrne, and the entire staff at “The Sandy” for selecting my work. Thank you!

“The Willowed Landscape” is from my fifth book-length manuscript.

This is my second time appearing in the “The Sandy”.

Thank you! And I post my acceptance notices as a means for other OP writers to have faith in sending out their work, even in the wake of the many, many rejections.

Thank you again!

Poetry is finer and more philosophical than history; for poetry expresses the universal, and history only the particular.
