Shall I Have Your Grace

Shall I Have Your Grace
If my hurt could be expressed in 100 years
If my love for you were simple with more cheers
Is it for you that I shed a lot of tears
Fiery passion is one thing I have missed
The aroma of your perfume or the taste of your lips
Connecting a presence with a future kiss
When apologies seem scanty please remember me with a trace
If I could turn the clock back, I would still miss you
My next gift to you is three dozen roses wrapped in yellow lace
If tries can be repeated I will try again with remorse
I say I apologize, if you only knew how much I love you
Is it by chance our hearts blend, our futures blend
While the love and beauty for one another again descends
