An old wooden boat to the enchanted island! OMG!. A bamboo raft on the Rio Grande might be safer. Only that there wouldn't be anything enchanting nor enchanted about it,, if you lost the single bamboo pole that is used by your captain to navigate the rapids. ( a single man with a single long bamboo pole is both captain and crew.....LOL). Will send you a couple of pictures of rafting on the Rio Grande later. |
