Petition for Poets/bringing more opportunities to poets like you

the declaration is coming soon!
I believe the site is an excellent opportunity for poets to get their work out and finally be recognized....word wide..
There is voices to be heard, Op shall be what no one thought it shall be........

I believe that excitement creates awareness...
I know a lot of poets that want to get their words out in the world,
and this site would give them the opportunity to do so..
I 'am, and we can step up the plate of poetry, and the world, to free
poetry to be more than just poetry...

Look into marketing everyone here!
Like best of a genres.
Posters, and holiday gifts.
Mabye open a department, to get everyones income going.
there are alot of good poems here.
I'm sure that it will benifit all,
also i'm positive, we all need extras in life,
for good needs, this website is capable to doing great things,
if you just try.....

From what i can see and tell is that we here on this site (op) are worldwide, do get the WORD out there to the people, have the opportunities we need to do what we have to do, what we must do and what we truely do love to do, that is to write what we feel inside, how we see this world and ourselves in it and how others relate. We write for US first, then share with others, its not a Group thing for money, its for the feeling the individual gets with the first comment, the praise from peers, it is showing our passion. painting with words and to take others on a trip to place we create, our world, our life, our love, our inner feelings and thoughts with the hope that when we share others will understand where we are coming from and to also then join in and share, and thats how we grow, bigger and better and hope one day to be published, its a dream we all want, Like Christmas and opening that one special package. to be able to hold in your hand a book, with your name on it, your words inside, knowing others out there also will be reading your words and taking that trip down a road that widens your perception and opens the mind up and makes life a little less mundane.
It's a trip we do and the reward is great, its not about the money, yet it is good to make it,
It is a deep sense that ''Yes I Did it'' nothing else compares. So groups like OP help us get the word out, and we have fun in doing so, keep it lite, keep it fun, keep it yours....
and share..In this sense we are a group, dictated by no one but our own passions to write what we feel. We are Art, we paint the world in colors the mind sees and understands. we stand united here as one and many.

I like that statement, I also want to say, for instance, people may, like me want a poster, of a poem, or a picture poem of yours because I admire it.
And would be willing to pay for it, shall it be available.
So that people that come over family and friends can read, admire, or what ever then, you get your poem read, and your name known,
why just limit to a book, I believe since day one, I posted here, that this website is a living book, this is 2009, so advanced we are.
But I do understand fully what you have posted , and thank you.
OP can advance, why limit to a book of 52 poems.
And if ya think about it, it will be a big book, but small.
I can read that in one day, or 2.

I have also entered county and city fairs with my poetry and photography, they some times have creative writing so I will enter 3 or more poems in frames with a pic or artwork. and yes getting your name out there, admiration too. yes 52 is too short a book, and if you can publish your own you can double or triple the amount of your poems. and to know that it is sitting on some ones shelf and has been read, now thats the feeling we all want. thanks
